Welcome to our Beach Houses at New Smyrna Beach!!

Our three beach houses are all spacious and beautifully decorated 3-bedroom, 2-bath single-family, air-conditioned, one-level homes just a half block (five-minute walk) from the best beach in Florida. We are located just over an hour from Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World and St. Augustine, and a short drive to Cape Canaveral, Daytona Beach and its famous Speedway, greyhound racing, wonderful state parks and any kind of activity you may want to do. The location is perfect for those who want to combine a Disney vacation with a beach vacation.

The three beach houses are similar in size and all have a large living room with volume ceilings, ceiling fans, plenty of comfortable seating, large-screen television with either VCR or DVD, basic cable service and a CD player.

The eat-in kitchens are fully equipped for any cooking or baking you may want to do, but with the great restaurants in the area you may find that the least-used room in the house. They all are furnished with microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, mixer, toaster, ice maker, all utensils, pots, pans, dishes, wine glasses and linens. We even have a junk drawer.

The master bedrooms are tastefully decorated and have a queen bed, dresser, walk-in closet, television with basic cable and either VCR or DVD player, clock radio and ceiling fan. The master baths have large walk-in showers and large vanity areas. All linens and towels are provided and each bathroom has a hair dryer.

The second bedrooms have a queen bed, dresser, large closet, ceiling fan, clock radio and television with basic cable and VCR.

The third bedrooms have a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and single on the top, dresser, large closet, clock radio and television with basic cable and VCR.

The second bathroom is located conveniently near the second and third bedrooms, has a bathtub/shower, large vanity and is stocked with plenty of towels. Beach towels are also provided for your convenience.

In the two-car attached garage you will find a gas grill, beach equipment including boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, and a cooler. We provide a garage door opener for your convenience.
